On Tuesday, 17, a Ugandan Member of Parliament, Andrew Joseph Koluo, faced an embarrassing situation after sharing nude photos of a woman on the official Parliament WhatsApp group.
According to reports, Koluo had been sextexting the woman when he accidentally forwarded her nude photos to the group.
The photos were quickly deleted, but not before several MPs had seen them. Screenshots of the photos were then leaked, leaving Koluo trending on social media.
Many people expressed their disappointment in Koluo, saying that instead of focusing on working for the betterment of citizens, he was busy chasing after young women.
In an effort to save his name, Koluo claimed that he had been hacked and someone had posted the photos to tarnish his reputation.
He took to social media to report the matter to the relevant authorities and warned people not to share the photos, stating, 'My account was hacked yesterday and someone posted nude pictures and not me. I have reported the matter to the relevant authorities and should you continue forwarding the same you do it at your own peril. Thanks.'
