Safaricom Maintenance: Services to be Unavailable Over Weekend

Safaricom, Kenya's leading telecommunications provider, has announced that it will be conducting maintenance over the weekend of July 24-25, 2021.

According to a statement issued on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 10pm, the company will be upgrading its systems to increase capacity and support customer growth.

As part of the upgrade, services including product purchases, balance enquiry, Okoa Jahazi, Tunukiwa, all Bonga Point services, and Post Paid Payment will be unavailable.

Subscribers seeking to pay their Home Fiber on Saturday will have to wait until Sunday, July 25, at 8am.

However, all other services, including calls, data, M-PESA, and SMS, will remain available as usual.
