Eric Omondi's $650,000 Wardrobe Revamp: A New Era for the Comedian

Comedian Eric Omondi has been making headlines with his unconventional wardrobe change, aiming to spice up his brand after 13 years of the same basic look.

According to Omondi, showbiz is not just about creating content, but also involves how one looks, smells, and presents themselves.

"I am a star and I need to look like my brand. I want to feel respected as a star while leaving my house," Omondi said.

His new outfits are inspired by international artists like Prince and American singers, and he has spent a cool Sh6.2 million for the eight months.

Eric has worked with his stylist and designers, Diana Chanzu and Gold Melinda, to import and design all the clothes he needs for the eight months.

"Kenyans are not ready. So far, have you seen those clothes and materials in Kenya?" he posed.

He plans to take his new look slowly, so that Kenyans can understand and appreciate it.

On how he plans to manage the change, Omondi said, "I decided to work on my body, my hair, dress code, shoe, and also my comedy. I am changing my dress code."

Photos of Omondi's new outfits have been making waves on social media, with many Kenyans expressing their opinions on the change.
