The mother in-law of former Solicitor General Njee Muturi was caught on video harassing her kin in a bid to oust them from her late father’s property in Thika Town. Rachel Gatabaki, wife to former MP Njehu Gatabaki is being accused of using police sent in-conjunction with her brother David Murathe, to intimidate family members.

Rachel Gatabaki is the mother to Natasha Njee, who is married to the flamboyant Njee Muturi, who was removed from the position of Solicitor General due to his incompetence and St. Mary’s induced lack of initiative.
She is the sister to former Gatanga MP David Murathe, who is accused of being Uhuru’s hatchet man, used for doing sting operations and petty errands.
The tussle emanates from a dispute pitting two wives. One is Rachel’s mum Esther Njeri and the other wife is called Mercy Wambui, both married to the late Tycoon William Gatuhi Murathe.
At the heart of this dispute is his estate including buildings, cash reserves and land.
Tired of being harassed and intimidated by police who are being sent in Uhuru’s name, the family of the second wife have ran to their final source of help, which is social media, to help escalate their grievances.
They say that they all depend on the estate of their late father to survive and are now living in fear of destitution.
