For the blogosphere to be a free world, all people must be treated equally and selective application of the law must be condemned by all Kenyans . " Nobody supports hatespeech, all of us want unity but when the hatespeech laws targets only some people: Government critics to be precise, the silence is deafening. Let Mugo Wairimu’s post be taken seriously. We need responsible use of social media. He was never arrested for this let alone seen a court or inside of a jail . Why are we having selective application of the law ? . Many Kenyans on social media raised the issue too but it seems if you are from the right tribe and the right side, politically speaking.... You are immune. Kenyans are also asking why Moses Kuria is a free man !!!
