But at Wells Fargo, oppressed employees are yet to begin enjoying the benefits of the declaration.
This is because the management at the leading professional security services provider is yet to honor the state's directive to implement the increment.
Instead, the company's Human Resource Director Mr. Willis Ayieko has been falsely claiming that the government has not yet gazetted the president's order.
Writing to us on Saturday, July 2, one frustrated guard revealed that all their efforts to seek an audience regarding the matter have proven futile.

"Hi, Mr. Nyakundi, I am an employee of wells Fargo Company as a security guard. A private security service provider. The Human resource director Mr. Willis Ayieko has refused to implement the 12% increment despite the clients’ compliance with the same. He claims that the government has not gazetted the presidential 12% increment on the Kenya gazette. Kindly expose this rogue Human Resource Director who has silenced the union chief Mr. Andabwa by supporting his parliamentary bid in Lugari constituency. Can you highlight this issue so that guards can stop experiencing this violation? Hide my identity," the source writes.
