From SBM records, they deducted money from his bank account, but somehow the funds did not reflect in his M-Pesa mobile account. To make matters worse, ever since Friday, July 1, when the problem reportedly began, the entity's customer support representatives have still offered no help on the issue believed to be affecting thousands of their clients.
