On Sunday afternoon, Twitter users were treated to a free show as former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo went into savage mode and retaliated in a not so honourable way.

It all started after Kabogo — in response to a post by city lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi where Deputy President William Ruto was linked to the police housing scandal — accused the Kenyan media of being dishonest and engaging in name tarnishing just to sell newspapers. He further added that he doesn't read Kenyan newspapers.

Out of nowhere, a Twitter user then threw a jab at Kabogo saying “Naskia Akasha bros wamekutaja” which must have angered Kabogo leading to his fiery reply.

This response had Kenyans talking with some asking the EX governor to exercise politeness when engaging his fellow Kenyans while some thought the Twitter user deserved what he got.
