On Wednesday morning a video of a school bus being driven at high speed with children hanging out of the windows was doing rounds online.
After a huge uproar on social media, NTSA officers were forced to raid Kiriath-Jiam School in Utawala at night and arrest the bus.
It is still unclear whether the bus driver was arrested but a local daily reported that he had gone missing after the video went viral.
