Since the building has no measures in place to ease the movement of the physically handicapped, the old man had no choice but to use the stairs to climb all the way to the third floor and back.
We are well informed that the offices also house the Deputy Governor and the County Commissioner of Vihiga County.
We urge Kenyans to share the video as widely as they can and push the Vihiga County Government into addressing the situation.
