This morning, radio presenter Annitah Raey got into trouble with Kenyans on social media after she made controversial remarks on marriage during her appearance on Citizen TV's breakfast show “Day Break”.
According to Annitah, in marriage, only the man is responsible for providing for the family and therefore, his money belongs to the entire family. The woman, however, has no responsibility whatsoever and if she goes ahead and makes money, then it's hers and hers alone. This statement led to a huge uproar on social media as Kenyans flocked the comments section in disagreement with Annitah.
