A matatu [KBU 254G] plying the Nairobi-Meru route has been put under the spotlight after its driver and conductor forcefully ejected a mother and her child out of the matatu.
Once they got to Kenol, the lady declined the conductor's demand of squeezing herself in the seats so he could carry excess passagers and what followed was a rude forceful exit with the help of the vehicle's driver.
Angry Kenyans on social media are now demanding for action to be taken on the rogue driver and the conductor for their unacceptable behaviour.
