Guillermo Martínez, a Spanish student is a humanitarian with a big heart. He fixes people’s arms.

The 24 year old bought a 3D printer that he uses to make prosthetic limbs for USD 172 (Kshs 17,200) in 2017.

He has since 3D printed arms and fitted them on people in Kenya and other countries in Africa (Chad, Morocco, Tanzania) and across the globe for free.

Martinez is an engineer by trade who designed the artificial arms to fit missing parts of the arm or all of it.

He calls his prosthetic, Tresdesis.

Prosthetic arms are not cheap.
