A group of Mombasa residents were caught on video asking Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho to supply them with drugs so they can sell them and make a living following the high unemployment rate in the county.
Their spokesperson, a visibly angry man, tells Joho that since he has been proven unable to run the county, he should simply give the residents drugs to sell to make up for the lack of jobs.
