Through an internal memo written Saturday that appears to be an answer to Prof Kiama's 'staying put' rebellious stance, Prof Madara Ogot reiterates the revocation of Kiama's appointment and announces that Kiama returns as the 'substantative Deputy Vice-Chancellor Humann Resources And Administration'.
