Naushad Noorali Merali, the chairman of Sameer Group Sameer Africa, the company owned by Rogue businessman Naushad Merali is facing challenges and has written to employees about an impending restructuring programme. Recently, a local media house reported that the company had dismantled the Nairobi Tyre manufacturing factory equipment to relocate to India.
