He is also involved in the scandal of the procurement of the Corporate business centre in upper hill for KRA where Njiraini pocketed over 1B in Commissions and bribes.
Njiraini pocketed over 500M in the procurement of Cargo Scanners from China under private deals for Customs department. He has also received 300M to procure the Customs ICMS- Integrated customs management system.
A key external ally of Njiraini and his close Circle were being protected by Michael kamau mubea of EACC who has been stopping investigations on KRA top Brass whenever they arise.
