The 'Group' or Company is wholly owned by one Mr. : Isaac Macharia whom I understand used to work for Bob Morgan (BM) Security.
There's one notorious slay queen manager (overall - yeye ndiye kusema ) called Susan, other managers are there just there for formality. She operates like Pharaoh's wife. She decides who gets what, who gets paid when, who works where. She controls what Mr. Macharia does. They can decide to buy vehicles n motor bikes as staff go without salary for up to two months.
Recently Mr. Macharia hired a retired Mzee called Bwire. This guy is 75 years old. He retired from KK Security. The reason being: He's related to a former VERY VERY Senior government official in The AG's office. Logo
His (Mr Bwire’s) connections in the Judiciary which is an asset in case BABS SECURITY GROUP faces legal challenges.
They've successfully frustrated and thwarted efforts by those sacked/terminated/resigned staff/workers to get justice. If you visit the Ministry of Labour and enquire about cases which have stalled involving workers from BABS SECURITY GROUP, you’ll be shocked.
Drivers too are suffering in silence.
