A few days after exposing the rip-off that is Jambojet, Kenya Airways (KQ) and Royal Dutch Aitlines - KLM through a ticketing scam where clients are told that they will be refunded their monies in case they cancel travel, other clients has also revealed their predicament at the hands of looted and now struggling KQ. Clients are told that they can get a refund from cancelling their tickets but that is a lie. They are in turn told to postpone travel in total regards to ones condition. It doesn't matter if one is leaving for another continent and won't be needing any travels in the postponed 6 months period or if they are not in need of any travels.
