They are targeting mainly the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) profession with a very cool narrative.
At first, he sends a message to referees informing them of an available opportunity in World Vision for an M&E officer and that they do not want to conduct an interview so that they can send him a good staff for a direct absorption in the organization.

He agrees to help you and request you to send the fees associated in processing those docs. This will sum to around 10,850. In case you decline, you are safe and all is well.

Harrison quickly commence processing you docs simultaneously with relevant ‘bodies’. In about 20 minutes, you receive CRB and HELB clearance. He will now tell you to wait as he process the documentation. Ratemo will call you in an hours’ time and let you know of the verdict. He will inform you of how one of the director is reluctant and would like to be “seen aside” and since you already compromised your integrity earlier on, you insist on knowing how much. A whooping Ksh 60,000, you’ll be asked.
By now you will have already given up and be in denial of how you just lost Ksh 30k in a single day or if you are go getter you will send the 60K bribery.
