Yesterday we highlighted how sacked WPP ScanGroup CEO Bharat Thakrar joined Simba Corporation .
Mr Thakrar is a bad omen to the company and the complaints will increase.

That company is being run by unprofessional people who are very greedy and full of themselves.
For example, small tenders for milk, sugar and speed governors are awarded to their friends and family members, yet they force the junior staff to sign the conflict of interest forms where they are even supposed to declare any gift above Sh2000 to the Human Resources department (HR).
The HR department, which is supposed to take care of the employees cannot reign in corruption, because they fear for themselves. Furthermore, three people are running the show there.
The first is an incompetent person by the name of Daniel Moki who is in charge of Logistics. He doesn't even respect people, he bullies his juniors the way he wants. Her weakness is that she doesn't even know how to solve conflicts. A small complaint and she will call you for disciplinary action without even listening to your side of the story.
The worst of them all is Suraj Shah who runs the finance department like his own kitchen.
He terrorizes Kenyans like they are not humans.
He mistreats staff and if he had a chance anaeza wakunia kwa kichwa (he can shit on their heads).
Suraj is a very arrogant person, and I think, if the finance team had powers they would have deported him with the next available flight to India.
