Wellingtone Otiende, Board Chairman of Mwalimu National Sacco and TSC auditor

This is to expose Mr. Wellington Otiende working as an auditor at Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
He managed to be elected as a chairman to the board of management of Mwalimu Sacco.
Out of the five members of the board, 4 are his tribemates, he has managed to use the board to loot Mwalimu Sacco.

He gave his girlfriend a loan of Sh10 million. The girlfriend works at Mwalimu Sacco, Machakos Branch. She never repaid the loan. Mr Wellington also owns a Prado TX number plate KCZ 463N, a vehicle worth more than Sh6 million using Sacco funds. He is planning to cling to the post of Mwalimu Sacco Chairman by bribing some of the members vote him back during the forthcoming elections, yet he has attained retirement age.
He wants to contravene the Sacco bylaws.
