Tony Monda Sealtowers Limited is accused of bangling contracts by doing shoddy works and non payment of Staff. The Dr. Tony Monda company cannot stand criticism from staff and those that challenge it are sacked without due process. Staff complain of verbal abuse by senior staff members and other mistreatment in the company that deals in cellphone towers. The company which is majorly owned by Kenyans, is run like a kiosk. Sources say the company is about to receive about Sh1.2 Billion. There are fears that this money may end up in the pockets of the Kenyan directors. The money comes after user Private Equity Everstrong Capital bought a majority stake in the firm. The firm was recently got awarded a tender by CAK worth over Sh166 Million. This may also end up being a ghost project. Despite the huge contracts, the company is notorious for not paying their staff. According to court records, the Company has been sued for wrongful dismissals.
