National Oil CEO MaryJane Mwangi behind the NOC Staff Medical Cover Fraud
In China, one is sentenced to death by a gun for engaging in corruption even though many corrupt tenders have Chinese as the masterminds back here at home. We have written about such scandals before, for those that read this blog.
Much has been said about corruption, its effects and I will sound like a broken record by repeating the same.
At the centre of the National Oil Staff Medical Cover Fraud is none other than Maryjane Mwangi, the CEO and celebrity girl who claims to be saved and a woman of integrity.
On March 1st, 2018 National Oil head of procurement wrote a memo to the CEO Maryjane Mwangi requesting for professional opinion in the provision of Staff medical cover.
So determined was MaryJane Mwangi that she had to hatch a plan to bag a 10% bribe that she hatched her next plan. The Evaluation above clearly states that Jubilee won the bid and professional opinion given on 26-Mar-2018.
The editor of this site has learnt that Mr Alex Musungu (the Procurement Manager) was forced to sign the Memo below as a request to the CEO, to award the Provision of Staff Medical Cover to Heritage who bided 55.7M which was higher than Jubilee 48.2M. The situation was so bad that the procurement officer signed the document with a gun on his head ( Outright impunity that must be investigated by relevant authorities)
After the gun drama, Ms Domitila (a Procurement Consultant to CEO Maryjane Mwangi ) was the one who picked 10% bribe in Westlands from heritage insurance cartels. Mr Alex Musungu (the Procurement Manager) signed this document at gunpoint. How evil could people be?
Mr Alex Musungu (the Procurement Manager) was forced by CEO to sign the Memo above; to award the Provision of Staff Medical Cover to Heritage who bided 55.7M which was higher than Jubilee 48.2M.
Over and above, he was served a first and last warning letter by HR. See the letter below: This scandal must be investigated thoroughly by all accountability institutions.
