Following our expose on the ills done by this DP man, our investigations have unearthed the paradox of his succession by crafting pseudo management design meant to install himself as the Executive Director /CEO come November 2021.
We are convinced beyond reasonable doubts that’ this DP Man has neglected to subscribe filling the Vacant Positions as per the Commission’s Establishment which requires having in place directorates. He has deliberately neglected to ensure compliance. Whom does he want to fool? All his murky plans for CEO post re- installation are bogus.

This is a total of 31 – in post contrary to approved structure of 64 employees. It is well known that Mr. Koskey Joseph has put every effort in filling all vacant positions in the Commission with his tribesmen/women and even sitting in the interviewing panel for the position as low as that of a driver where he generated a parallel shortlist from non-applicants and imposed the same on the selection committee. This could mean that he is keen on getting the “right” staff to improve efficiency in the Commission. ( Conflict of Interest) to have tribesmen to execute his Scandalous interests rather than to the advantage of the commission .
In view of the above, the same effort would apply to the positions of PC 2 (Directors) which he has found “difficult” to fill even at acting capacity a move he wants to use as a reason to bargain for his renewal / extension of his term at the Commission which is due to expire on October 2021 with little consideration that he has done nothing other than looting the Commission with anticipation to loot enough to propel him into Nandi County Governorship race in 2022 . This ravenousness for money pushed Mr. Koskey into awarding a tender to review the transaction proposals to Baker Tilly at a cost of 109 Million during financial year 2019/2020 knowing too well that there was no fully constituted board to consider such reports. This has caused a loss to the Kenyan taxpayers. Our earlier expose conspicuously displays on the cronies behind his ill intentions despite having shown incompetency to lead teams. The Former Industrialization Minister Mr. Henry Koskei single handedly and irregularly appointed Mr. Joseph Koskey who are believed to be relatives and clansmen from a mere Accountant to Managing Director of KEBS.
The country is rotten to the core through conspiracy. Our findings brings to the attention to the citizens that the Finance and National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Amb. Mr. Ukur Yatani Kanacho has combined the efforts and behind the wheels to assert pressure for renewal of Mr .Joseph Koskey’s Contract .
