The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) one Mr. Albert Ruturi takes home more than Ksh600,000 every month in allowances alone while a driver in the same organisation takes home less than Ksh20k per month.
For some reason, the current management is killing regional branches instead of strengthening them.

Mr. Albert Ruturi, the CEO is an old man who is over 75 years old. He is senile and dismisses people on tribal basis.
There's a staff who was dismissed in an unlawful fashion and has sued the organization. The driver who was chase away like a dog without credible reasons filed the case against St. John ambulance in Mombasa.
Staff are transferred to different branches even twice in one year just to frustrate them to leave.
