Ten months since we first received a complaint against the Nakuru-based business enterprise, frustrated labourers are still crying out for justice.
They say that the factory is yet to fully effect the 12 per cent minimum wage increase despite the harsh economic times.
To make matters worse, the meagre salaries are still irregularly paid, despite them following all the necessary procedures to raise their grievances.
As reported before, those who dare to speak out against this blatant prejudice are immediately reprimanded by facing the sack.
Mr Jaswinder Singh Bedi always boasts of deep connections and never misses a chance to remind them that there is nowhere they can take him.
Despite numerous complaints against his company, he still enjoys proceeds of huge government tenders which he secured during Uhuru Kenyatta’s disastrous regime.
Last month, hundreds of disgruntled workers attempted to seek an audience with newly elected Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika in the hope that she would intervene and rescue them from this modern-day slavery.
But just like her predecessor Lee Kinyanjui, Ms Kihika seems to be in bed with the Asian tycoon.
