Since last week, there have been attempted DDOS Attacks on your favourite blog by those that hate the truth.
A distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack occurs when multiple systems flood the bandwidth or resources of a targeted system, usually one or more web servers. It is usually an attempt at rendering a server unreachable to its visitors. During a DDOS attack, a website may become unreachable since the server is being flooded with bogus requests and cannot process the valid ones. That is basically what nyakundireport.com has been experiencing and fighting.
It is really hard to know the actors behind this, but we are investigating. Though, the actor is obviously one of the bad guys the editor of this site has written about and doesn't want Kenyans to know or see the truth.
We are working behind the scenes to improve the security of this site so that you can be able to read the articles without any trouble. Those behind the attacks on this site must know that no matter what they do, this blog will stand strong, and expose them even further.
After the suspension of the @C_NyakundiH Twitter account, the cartels are shocked that they can't shut information flow and doing everything to separate this blog with Kenyans.
The truth is that there is a gap that has been created due to Githeri Media's shallow, biased and filtered content and people need alternative news, a gap we are filling.
Unlike Twitter and other social media platforms that the cartels can manipulate with targetted reporting and eventual suspension, I run and control every aspect of this blog 100% and the war has just begun. The corrupt, cartels, corporate CEOs misbehaving and others must be ready to be exposed. Cheap stunts like dishing out millions to temporary bring down this site won't stop the truth, it will only delay it!

These requests are coming from the IP 87.233.197.114 out of Amsterdam.
