Statement concerning Illegal detention , Threats on my Life and confiscation of my Laptop

CID's Parklands Arrested me Illegally and harassed me for many days . Apart from being told that my head will be chopped off if I dont stop Blogging by Mr Kandie DCIO Gigiri, These fellas confiscated my laptop and phone - I recorded a statement about the threats . These Fellas just arrested me for nothing and locked me up in Cells for more than 24 hours w/o trial . I was later rel eased due to lack of evidence when office of the DPP intervened . But then the CIDs have refused to return my Laptop and phone . I believe this is being done intentionally because they know I cant operate without one . They say they are still investigating, I dont know what they are investigating . I have appealed to IG to tell them to Return my Laptop and stop this harassment all to no avail . Why are they treating me like a terrorist yet I have done nothing WRONG ?
