Kenya Forest Service is a parastatal under the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife. The Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife is none other than Mr. Hyslop Ipu, brother to Sports Kenya CEO Gabriel Komora.

The only logical explanation is that this is a scam, and there was never any intention to bring top teams from Europe to help market Kenya's struggling tourism industry.
