I'm bringing into your attention about CEO DAWA LIMITED, Filipe Pedro from Portugal.
He is literally mistreating and infringing employees' rights.
He has come with policies which are a threat to the welfare of the employees.
What he has basically done, he has introduced THREE SHIFT PLAN. In which, the first shift starts at 6am and ends at 2pm. Another one starts at 2pm and ends at 10pm. The third one starts at 10pm and ends at 5am.

You should note that up to 99 per ent of their employees live in the dangerous areas of Kariobangi, Riverside, Korogocho and Mathare.
You understand the levels of insecurities in those areas.
Remember, with this shift plan, the company doesn't have mechanisms of ensuring employees reach work safely. All they want is you REPORT TO WORK IN TIME.
Previously, several cases have been reported of attacks to the employees when they come to work in the morning (7am).
If, that has been the case, what will happen to the employees when they shall be reporting to work at those odd hours (5am, 10pm).
I'm not disputing their decision to introduce the three shifts, but rather am concern of THE EMPLOYEE SECURITY.
