Recently, the world, which mostly means the United States of America (USA) celebrated 400 years since slaves first arrived at the English colonies, USA in Jamestown, Virginia, in August 1619. The brothers and sisters from various parts of Africa would be shipped to the Americas and suffer over 200 years of hard labor, mistreatment, lack of rights and low or no pay.
In Kenya, it is still 1619, that's in terms of Indian employers and Kenyan employees.
Indians took over from the colonizers, the British and have continued to perpetuate hatred and diabolic malevolence against locals for far too long with the aid if the government that is always wiling to 'look the other way'
I know a friend who worked for a Indian firm in Industrial area, and they used to see the then minister for local government Musikari Kombo leave the ofcies of the slave-masters with brown envelopes.
This is how these wretched Kenyans dont get justice.
The government is deep in the shit of 'looking the other way' when Kenyans are being mistreated.
Kenyans too bare the brunt of being too unthinking and forgiving. The oppressors mentality is deeply ingrained in them, and in turn have supported the oppressor, not willing to look out for new shores of greatness, comfort and happiness.
Why can't we change?
The Trade Unions (TU) are dead and have become the conduit where cartels (employers) bribe their way out of issues, yet the worker continue to fund the administrative costs of these TUs without any benefit. Nani aliroga waKenya? Where is COTU?

Kenyans are being oppressed, misused and abused in there own country, some work in tight schedule, with peanut pay or no pay at all. Some get unnecessary termination's and run nowhere since Indians have had the habit of using money to solve it with lawyer and deny common Mwananchi justice. It's a great pity to see our people still not free in their land.
Indian crooked ways
If you work for an Indian that's where the worst case is lying.
You are not given a job descriptions (JD), one can be terminated anytime, sometimes one has to beg for salaries.
The payroll shows Indian employees enjoying all good salaries with all the privileges.
Where else our people are suffering..its time to speak up for our people honestly!
