Impulse Promotions Limited, a shell company we exposed on this site back in 2016 , has now been accused of witholding payments for three months despite workers having completed their job. In a case of insider fraud, the company had been engaged by Safaricom to provide services for the Kenyan teleco but they never provided KPMG officers with the necessary performance review details of the agency.
