Many firns have used the coronavirus pandemic to mete untold violations on their staff. Read this story of Securex East Africa. Hi Cyprian, I would really appreciate if you would highlight the plight of workers at Securex Agencies Limited. In April, the security firm gave half of its employees unpaid leave due to the covid 19 situation which was fine at that time, but come May, they advertised for management trainees position for the same jobs they had sent employees home and now we have learned that they are giving employees, who are on unpaid leave, termination letters. They seek to replace them with the management trainees this is very unfair and illegal please highlight this issue to save alot of people from losing their jobs. Thanks...
