The two learning institutions - Kassagam and St Mark Primary - neighbour each other and are only separated by a wall which area Member of Parliament (MP) Shakeel Shabbir Ahmed falsely claims to have built with over Sh10 million. But as expected, this half-baked remedy has hardly been helpful. As a gallery of photos in our possession shows, whenever the heavens open up, showers of blessings quickly turn into a nightmare for both teachers and pupils. This week the administration was forced to send kids home until the dangerous water levels...
