SCANDAL AT BRITANIA FOODS LIMITED

Dear Cyprian, Kindly hide my identity. I know you are a champion of morality amongst especially public institutions that are entrusted with the welfare of the people. You have been a champion of good governance, and we have seen you use the power of social media and advocacy to demand accountability from key personalities in the country. I am writing to you on behalf of Britania Foods Ltd employees. As you may be aware, Britania Foods Ltd was acquired by Private Equity Firm Catalyst Capital. The company was formed in 1987 by the corrupt Nitin Dawda family. As soon as Catalyst acquired Jambo, they found out the Dawda family had cooked its books to entice Catalyst to acquire the company. It was however too late as the transaction was complete. Britania has for months now tried to clean its books and things are not adding up. Britania feeds the Kenya Defence Forces with high energy biscuits, as well as special food for relief agencies such as World Food Programme, Unicef, and non-governmental organisations. But aside from the cooked books, the biggest blunder Catalyst committed was to employ a low-level Coke alcoholic employee Robert Kagundah to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr Kagundah is a known womanizer, who is running down the company. He together with his best friend Elijah Maina, who is the Sales Director are running the company down mercilessly with numerous corruption scandals involving the company and distributors. The word here is that the board which includes Catalyst has discovered who he really is, and has given him two months to turn things around or be fired. The sad thing about him being fired is P.E firms fire entire management and not just the CEO. Kagundah is putting all our lives at risk and almost all of us have taken loans to educate our children and build our homes. His continued stay is causing us anxiety and discomfort, and we have few avenues to raise our concerns. An open womanizer, we are more worried that Kagundah has taken to award his lovers with lucrative contracts. He is known to wreck homes and marriages. Again this car was purchased from the same somalis who supplied toyota fielders to the company??? We wonder , britania is a bakery that can not even bake simple cakes! In your defence if this woman is a genuine supplier how come you frequent her house in Langata at Park Gardens Estate? Also you are spotted in compromising situations having drinks with this same woman at some ungodly hours. Human Resource manager can not advise you she just follows what u have said, you pose like you really enjoy lunch at the canteen but it is all in support of your clande. Come to your Linkedn profile how possible is it for a woman you havent worked with to endorse you in everything and you also endorse her same way if that is not stupidity! In your capacity you should be able to be endorsed by your seniors. Mr.MD lead by example dont broadcast the way u have a beautiful family and you are breaking families out here.
