I am requesting that you help me share a story about a lady, who got succession of a 5 acre land in Syokimau from her grandfather Johnstone Mutisya Munee, since she is an orphan and has no relatives.
She wanted to sell the land through a broker Former Chief of Kibra Simon Muthama, lawyer P.M Mutuku Advocates and director at the Ministry of lands Francis Mutwiwa, sitting on the fourth floor of Ardhi House.
She submitted the original docs to director who ended up withholding them. Lawyer and broker were each demanding Kshs. 10 million each from sale of the land, because they had come across someone who wanted to buy it for Kshs, 100 million. But since they disagreed, because the lady was still in the process of getting a title deed for the land, now they want it for themselves.
She was set up, arrested and jailed being accused of using fake documents the first time. Every time she paid the bond, in the next hearing she find herself with additional charges.
Her life is now in danger she's seeking refuge.
Her 2 kids dropped out of school.
Her next hearing is on 31st July, 2019 and she fears more accusations in addition to the 8 she already has.
