[ad_1] Residents of Suneka village are in shock after the bodies of Elam Mogaka and Sicily Moraa Mogaka were found lying lifeless beside the body of their newly born girl. According to police reports, the couple loved each other but their family did not approve of this marriage because Sicily was unable to give birth to boys. On failing to convince their families after their 8th girl was born a week ago Elam and Sicily allegedly consumed poison on Monday afternoon. An investigation was launched after two bodies were discovered in Suneka at around 12:20 pm on Monday (30 December). They were taken to a local hospital but medics confirmed that the two were already dead. Following formal identification, detectives can confirm the identities of the pair are 36-year-old Moraa and 38-year-old Mogaka. Post-mortems are taking place and further tests are required. A 6 day-old girl was found unharmed at the house and is being cared for by relatives. Police will hand over the bodies to their families after completing an investigation into the matter.
