According to police reports, the couple loved each other but their family did not approve of this marriage because Sicily was unable to give birth to boys. On failing to convince their families after their 8th girl was born a week ago Elam and Sicily allegedly consumed poison on Monday afternoon. An investigation was launched after two bodies were discovered in Suneka at around 12:20 pm on Monday (30 December).
