Users on Twitter social media platform shared shocking photos of the rip off that is Safaricom's home internet service.

One user stated that he had bought the 10mbps speed only to do a speed test and find out that he is on 20kbps.

Another one shared that he had bought the 20mbps only to find out that he's been put on the 840kbps one.

Safaricom is a known rogue company, that has refused to change.

This rogue company has robbed and continues to rob Kenyans of money through dubious schemes such as Okoa Jahazi, Fuliza and M-Shwari.

MPESA charges are also exorbitant.

No company is too big to fail.

Were it not for the government of Kenya collusion in the scheme to defraud wananchi , Safaricom would've been done by now.

We wait for another day.

Safaricom has however engaged in PR against other competitors such as Zuku and Jamii, postruijg that it is the best.

Matter of fact, there's no difference between them. Sometimes all belong to trash.

Zuku in many aspects is better than Safaricom, as some users attest, that it is affordable, and responsive than Safaricom Home Fibre.
