The auditor general's report has also unearthed an excess collection of Sh13.8 million net revenue and an excess of Sh95.2 million under expenditure. This alone should make Magambo and Gitonga Mburugu step aside and clear their names if indeed they are clean.
Impunity in Meru University has reached alarming rates and it is time for the whip to be cracked. Who is bribing ministry official to be mute about all these serious crimes ?
