Caption: Wicked Limuru OCPD Eunice Githure A credible source who spoke on condition of anonymity has informed CNYAKUNDI.COM that on 3rd October 2018, a 14 year old girl whose identity we shall hide, was sexually abused inside Tigoni Police Station cells where she had been put together with fully grown men.
Despite the incident having been reported, the officers at the station didn't get her medical treatment until thirteen days later on the 16th of October.
It is extremely questionable why the orphaned girl who was purportedly in protective custody while being processed to get into Kiringiti Centre for Girls in Kiambu was thrown into a cell full of vile men.
The girl is now three weeks pregnant and Limuru OCPD Eunice Githure has been trying to cover up the story of a girl child being sexually abused under her watch and is even planning an abortion of the unborn child. This is truly unbelievable considering the OCPD is also a mother to a girl.
The OCPD who vehemently refused to allow the case to be recorded at her station is a Suprentedant yet according to police regulations, an OCPD should be Senior Suprentedant. This is thanks to her godfathers at Vigilance House who have enabled her get a post not equal to her rank.
When the young girl got to Kiringiti, she narrated the horrible ordeal to the matron and was taken to Kiambu County Hospital. The hospital in line with the law couldn't treat her because she didn't have an OB number.
With the presence of the matron, they went to Kiambu Police who refused to give an OB number because the incident should have been recorded where it happened, in Tigoni. The officers at Tigoni who refused to give an OB number.
They went back to Kiambu Police who pitifully agreed to book the case strictly for the girl to receive treatment. The Kiambu Police OB was then used to get her treated at Kiambu County Hospital.
When the police at Tigoni heard that she had acquired an OB number from Kiambu, they called her back and finally wrote her an OB. What they wrote, however is largely untrue. The girl was raped in their cells because they mixed a child in need of care with adults who are crime suspects. OB 11/16/10/2018 AT 0830HRS DEFILEMENT REPORT: TO the station is one female remandee namely XXXX XXXX XXXX who is fourteen (14) years old and a former student at Success Academy Kitengela, class 8. She reports that on 3rd day of October at unknown time of the night she was defiled by a fellow remandee namely Jacob Ngugi Wambui who was held here (Tigoni Police Cell) for being a child in need of care and protection. The said reportee further said that they were asleep together with other four juvenile namely (1) PETER WAWERU KURIA (2) DAVID KAMAU NJOKI (3) SHIKOO and the accused who was sleeping next to her and he forcefully removed her trouser and pants and defiled her. Other juvenile were asleep except WAWERU who was woken up by the victim. She alleges to have reported the matter at Kiringiti Children Remand Home and lster a report was booked at Kiambu Police Station and she was taken to Kiambu County Hospital for medical assessments. Now needs police assistance and the matter is under investigations. The most heartbreaking part is the OCPD who is behind all this is a woman and a mother. It goes on to prove that indeed women are their own worst enemy. We demand justice for the young girl!
