On Monday, a Twitter user Rufas Kamau (@RufasKe) ignited the debate; Kenyans on Twitter (KoT) joined in. “We need a special task force that deals with thieves of internet connectivity devices in Kenya. @DCI_Kenya hizi devices zinaenda kuenda,” he wrote.
