From what we are receiving from the members of the public most if not all Police Commissions are complicit in the same cover-ups, often to hide internal and departmental problems, both from the public view and also from inter-departmental reviews and investigations.
At present, there are more than 570 case files that are awaiting determination by the ODPP following investigations by IPOA . Now asubuhi is when we got more wonders, without bargaining we had to pay for the breakdown(15k not negotiable) which we later discovered ni ya mmoja wao, and ya chai to write a good report to insurance na top up ya mkubwa. Desperate us, we had no option. Within a night, we had coughed like 45 gees at Ruiru Police station, note, for a self-involving accident and not that we had taken Booz.
