Kindly highlight the issue of Septic tanks at Kombewa hospital in Kisumu County.
They septic tanks are full and spilling on the road posing hazard to the community.
It is a common occurrence year in year out; currently the situation is messy.
The green vegetation, seen in the photos below, are thriving on the overflowing sewer from the septic tank.
The community's complaints seem to be falling on deaf years.
