Coast Water Works Development Agency Trouble is brewing at the Coast Water Works Development Agency after a petitioner moved to court seeking the revocation of the advertisement for the recruitment of the new CEO.
The petitioner cites the Water Act 2016, which he says was grossly violated.
The activist also wants revocation of the Board of Management appointees, which he says does not conform to the two-thirds gender rule.
