1). Kuria Gatonye appointed today as Chairman of Pests Control Products Board. Mr. Gatonye works for Tropical Farm Management owned by German firm Neumann Kaffe Gruppe. The company is intricately linked to the Kenyatta family and is said to be behind the woes of the coffee industry as it seeks a monopoly to destroy farmers-owned Kenya Planters Cooperative Union (KPCU). 2. Maryanne Kirubi Musangi. Daughter of Kenya's Hugh Hefner and sexual deviant Chris Kirubi , Maryanne was appointed as a board member in the Betting Control and Licensing Board last September by President Uhuru Kenyatta. Her father is a silent partner of the M-Cheza betting consortium, with his interests fronted by his protégé Polycarp Igathe. Anywhere you see Polycarp, know that he's a Kirubi disciple who owes his life to him.
- The late Dick Wathika was also appointed to the Betting Control and Licensing Board last year by President Kenyatta and he was a founder director of Sport Pesa. The betting company has been accused of unfair market practices as regards to influencing Government officials and undermining competitors.
