In the NYS cases, we say the EACC being sidelined. According to state-house sources, NIS Director Philip Kameru's choice for former National Police Service Commissioner Mohamed Murshid did not meet the approval of State House but president Uhuru insisted that the EACC CEO must come from the NIS.
