Former Chairman of Kenya Qatar Diaspora (KQD) Sacco Limited Mr. Habbakuk Wamududa was on Monday charged with several felony counts chief among them stealing. The man who calls himself pastor was accused of stealing motor vehicles KCK287L, KCK711Q, KCK146S and KCK553P registered in the name of the KQD Sacco for which members had signed contracts with the Sacco to pay in installments. A memo to Sacco members states that the members were paying for the vehicles so as to transfer ownership upon completion of payments yet pastor Wamududa and his Finance Director Denis Omollo who is on the run, used the said cars to act as security for a Ksh1 million loan obtained from Kifether Limited, without permission from the owners.
