I have seen your expose' on DTB and most of the stories are quite true. The head of branches is the most unqualified person and doesn’t even know systems operations and is only surviving by licking the CEOs ass and nothing else! Customers are given loans depending on the color of your skin!
The GM retail Mr. Gopa gives Indians loans without security! They lost money in Kitengela branch and even Eastleigh branch! When Nakumatt was going down he kept increasing their overdraft beyond their limit!
To ensure that the loan accounts were in tandem with CBK reporting he would order virtual money to be passed from one account to another to beat the 90 day period! As it went down Nakumatt were above their by 2B.
The corporate clients normally give money to the GMs to ensure that loans are given if it’s through phone calls. The managers in DTB are donkeys! The do everything from operations to marketing and they are the worst paid managers in the bank.
In Kisii they chased a manager who has been with them for over 15 years for something that doesn’t add up. The Asians in the bank can steal and will even tell the head of security a Mr. Naftali Mwangi that he is wasting his time and report him to the CEO.
Their current head of product development a mr. Farouk and head of insurance business a Mrs Tazim were involved in a fraud of over 300m but they were never interdicted since they were Indians.
If you become unlucky and be made a manager with Indians working under you then you are in problems! You can’t tell them anything
