In the leaked telephone conversation exclusively sent to the chief editor of this site the Embakasi East MP Aspirant Francis Mureithi reveals a lot of the goings on in the Tangatanga wing of Jubilee.
Apart from confessing several times that he voted four times for Uhuru in order to make him 'get him more votes than he got in the first August 2017 poll, the politician said that he met a certain ODM person when he was going to the gents. The ODM politician told him that the BBI document being presented at Bomas was not the one that they had received on Saturday.
Before the BBI launch at Bomas, it was rumored by some blogs that President Uhuru Kenyatta under the cover of darkness met with Raila Odinga at the Le63 lounge believed to be owned by Langata MP Nixon Korir.
Though the details of the highly guarded meeting was not clear, some sources said that Uhuru had shared the BBI document with Raila on that day. So, going by these account, we can conclude that the ODM politician that spoke to Francis Mureithi was referring to the BBI document shared in the precincts of Le63 Lounge.
In the audio, a disappointed Mureithi says that Uhuru handlers, Interior CS Fred Matiang'i and his PS Karanja Kibicho are full of prejudice and are mis-advised the president at Bomas. '...Kama sio Uhuru na Ruto, Matiang'i angekuwa bado anafundisha shule huko...Raila (ama Gideon) angeingia president sahi, huyu Matiang'i na Kibicho wangekuwa kwa hiyo kiti yao? Hawangekuwa. Sasa kwa nini wanafanyia watu madharau?' The failed MP vowed that his political party is Ruto and that whatever the Deputy President said, he will follow without question, including an exodus to support Raila Odinga.
He vowed not to attend any more state functions because of the way the president allowed Bomas to be turned into an 'ODM government meeting'. "Yeye sasa amepata kiti akaenda akaleta baba, sio mbaya kuleta babaKwasababu alikuja akatuambia tukiwa Sagana (meeting), kuleta baba ilikuwa mambo ya kutuliza nchi...Hiyo ni sawa. Lakini sitaenda mikutano ya Rais, tunaenda mkutano tunaletewa Ma MCs wa ODM. Sitaenda...Deputy president , yeye ndio anakaribisha Raila. Imagine sisi ndio tunakuja kukaribisha opposition leader? He also stated that he is not keen to view for any political office in the coming elections.
